You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Employers
You agree that all job postings will be for legitimate employment opportunities and will comply with all applicable labor and employment laws, including equal opportunity regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Elite Recruitment Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

In no event shall Elite Recruitment Agency, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
